All elements of these little theaters are made on cardboard (glued or simple). The weight of curtains and characters sheets is thiner to allow it to be trimmed. Little theaters in color are reproductions of original lithographs by the late s. Nineteenth and early s. XX that are part of the collection of Lucia Contreras: we have wanted to respect its aged appearance.

All parts needed to mount the little theaters are included in a closed plastic envelope 35x25 cms. The back of the label /cover page includes a chart with easy mounting instructions.

- The average time for shipping is one-two weeks. Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item and it will take a bit longer than 2 weeks. You will be notified at the time you placed your order. If you need something for a gift, please email us to get your order to you as fast as possible.

- We ship all items using the address provided on the Paypal address. please make sure your address is correct and up to date. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address because the one on the Paypal invoice was incorrect. Email us if the item must be shipped to a different address.

- All items are gift packaged and carefully wrapped so they won't get damaged.

We do our best to provide excellent customer satisfaction. All items purchased through our online store can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items that have been altered in any way cannot be accepted for return. If you are not satisfied, please send the item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining your return to the address below. Sender is responsible for return postage unless due to an error (if wrong item was shipped) on the part of Victoria Contreras. We suggest you use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.
